Learn to Whitewater Kayak!
These 2-3 day whitewater kayaking programs are multi-level clinics! They are designed for everyone, from beginners who have never sat in a boat before to participants who have had some formal kayaking training or past paddling experience. Our expert instructors work with participants on paddling fundamentals and how to effectively maneuver a whitewater kayak. There is also a focus on river safety and rescue, basic hydrology and how to make good decisions on the water.

A Holistic Approach-
To keep the body aligned before and after days on the water, a certified yoga instructor leads evening and morning yoga sessions.
We can arrange to have a massage therapist available at camp to soothe those aching muscles after a day of paddling.
